What is Mariposa Mentality?

Mariposa Mentality, MM, began as a thought received to Anashia to use her skill set for God’s glory.  MM strives to promote wellness, mindfulness, and connection to God at the mind, body and soul level through curating faith based mindful movement classes and faith based wellness workshops that offer women an opportunity to reflect on the word of God on their journey’s. A true Mariposa Mentality is a mentality of change from choosing to have a worldly mentality to having a Godly one.

How is this done?

  • Our classes are intentionally curated to give you the chance to return to the present moment, honor your emotions and release them all in order to create more space for the love of God to enter in all of the places we hold tension through stress and daily responsibilities. All movement is themed and incorporate scripture to meditate upon.

  • Mariposa Mentality strives to use wellness as a vehicle for change. As a certified Social-Emotional Learning Facilitator, we are trained to curate and facilitate 15-60 minute wellness workshops for women that encompasses a wide range of trauma informed social-emotional learning and wellness practices to help us maneuver through the emotions that come with our human experience that can sometimes get in the way of fulfilling the purpose that was planted in each of our hearts.

  • SoulSipSisters is a community of women who meet every Saturday at 11am in person to discuss modern-day topics with a biblical twist. To learn more about it, follow us on Instagram! @SoulSipSisters. We would love to have you come out and hang in person! :)

  • Studying the bible is the best way to understand who God really is. A Mariposa Mentality is a mentality of change from having a wordly mind to a Godly one, and what better way to do that than to hear what God has to say? Bible Studies are an amazing opportunity for self-growth, reflection and above all connection with our Creator.
